Delivery Areas and Fees

We deliver baby gear directly to you, whether you are staying at a hotel, a private residence, or a rental home.  We can also meet you at the airport if you are traveling by plane and need a car seat.

Delivery fees include delivery and set-up of all equipment on your day of arrival, and take-down and removal of all equipment on your day of departure.

There is a minimum rental order of $60 for the following delivery areas:

  • Empire (49630) – $30
  • Glen Arbor (49636) – $35
  • Grawn (49637) – $20

  • Interlochen (49643) – $25
  • Karlin (49643) – $25
  • Kewadin (49648) -$35
  • Lake Ann (49650) – $20
  • Lake Leelanau (49653) – $30
  • Leland (49654) – $35
  • Maple City (49664) – $25
  • Northport (49670) – $35
  • Old Mission (49673) – $25
  • Omena (49674) – $35

There is a minimum rental order of $100 for the following delivery areas, with delivery fees as follows:

  • Elberta (49628) – $40
  • Frankfort (49635) – $40

If you do not see your destination above, but you will be driving through Traverse City, we can arrange to meet in Traverse City.*

* We are now offering customers the option to pick up rental equipment in Traverse City (near Meijer on US-31) with no delivery fee.  This is a great option for those traveling to areas that we do not currently deliver to, for those whose order would fall below our $60 minimum delivery order, and for those who would prefer to eliminate a delivery fee.  Minimum order for rental orders that are picked up in Traverse City is only $20.  Please contact us for details.

Delivery Times

We will contact you two days before your delivery date with a 1-hour delivery window.  We will work with you to accommodate your arrival schedule as best as possible.  Whenever possible we schedule our deliveries at times when someone will be at your rental location.

We will contact you two days before your departure to arrange pick-up of your equipment.  Please have the equipment ready by 9:00am on the day of your departure.

Please note:

  • Assistance may be needed if the delivery requires carrying the equipment up flights of stairs.
  • If we attempt to deliver your rental order and have received an incorrect address or we are unable to enter the building because nobody is there, an additional delivery fee equal to your original delivery fee will be charged for our second delivery attempt.
